Ctntonline.com is fully own and operated by J. S. Online Services Pvt. Ltd. OPC ("Ctntonline.com”, or "we"). The agreement describes user responsibilities and, among other things, limits the liability of Ctntonline.com and its third-party suppliers or providers including, without limitation, the airlines, hotels, hotels packages and other suppliers that provide travel or other services through this website (such third parties collectively referred to as the "Travel Service Providers"). Before submitting an account registration form and/or using any of these services, please read all of this agreement carefully. By accessing any area of this website, users agree to be legally bound without limitation, qualification, or change and to abide by these terms and conditions, which will constitute or agreement ("AGREEMENT"). If at any time you do not agree with any part of this agreement, you must discontinue use of this website. Ctntonline.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to amend, modify, or alter this agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on this website. We recommend that you review these terms and conditions regularly. The amended terms shall be effective from and after the date that they are posted on the Site. Additional terms may apply when you book services or when you participate in bidding, or other promotions available on the website.
General Terms & Conditions
1. Online Payment Option
We are accepting all master, Visa, AMEX, Diners Card for domestic and international transactions, processed through an online payment gateway system. Consumer not need to worry about their card information falling into the wrong hands because bank will authorize the card transaction directly without any information passing through us. About 20 to 25 seconds (depending on your internet connection) time will take to complete the payment transaction.
You can book your product using SSL encryption (the internet standard for secure transactions). In fact, transacting online with a credit card at the website is even safer than using a credit card at a restaurant because we do not retain your credit card information. You can be assured that Ctntonline.com offers you the highest standards of security currently available on the internet so as to ensure that your shopping experience is private, safe and secure.
Ctntonline.com will charge a reasonable service fee on all bookings transactions. In the event of cancellation, date changes, or exchanges of the booking, service fee will be applied. All transaction fee be non-refundable.
2. Internet Banking
If you have an account with any of the national / private banks, then you can pay for your order through the respective bank's NEFT options and the amount will be automatically debited from your account. Ctntonline.com processes payments through an online gateway system which enables safe and secure transactions.
3.Delivery of Products/Services
What is an e-ticket?
In event of flight booking an e-ticket will be generated and it is called electronic ticket (paperless electronic document) which has unique confirmation number given to passengers. Passengers are required to produce the unique confirmation number at the airport airline counter to claim the e-ticket.
How will I get my e-ticket details?
Your e-ticket will be generated instantly and will be sent to the email address provided by you at the time of booking. If you do not receive your e-ticket within 2 hours of making your booking with Ctntonline.com, please call our Customer Care Representative on +91-
www.ctntonline.com shall not be liable if customers do not comply with this requirement.
Is it necessary to carry my e-ticket with me?
Yes, it is mandatory for you to carry a copy of your e-ticket as sent by Ctntonline.com, in the event that you fail to present a copy of your e-ticket, Ctntonline.com will not be held responsible if the Airline does not issue a boarding pass/ disallows you from travelling.
How will I get my boarding pass for an e-Ticket?
You need to show your e-ticket confirmation email and e-ticket along with a photo identity proof (passport, driver's license etc.) at the airline check-in counter. Thereafter the airline representative will issue your boarding pass.
4.Amendment and Cancellation policy
To amend/cancel your ticket, you should call Airline Customer Care no. directly. For all offline cancellation of flights a standard charge of Rs.250 per person per sector, over and above the airline's own cancellation charge will apply. For rescheduling of flights, we will charge Rs.250 per person per sector as standard rescheduling charges.
5.Refund Policy
The refund accruing to the Ctntonline.com customer shall be processed within 20 working days from the date of the cancellation request and subject to receipt of the refunds from the service provider or Airline. If we have received the payment through a valid credit card, then the same will be refunded to your credit card. Payments made using any other form of payment will be refunded by cheques within a maximum of 30 days from date of cancellation of ticket. All refunds shall be processed subject to processing of refunds by the respective airline/service provider.
Ctntonline.com acts only as a facilitator of services and shall not be held liable for any changes, deficiencies, disputes, etc. related to the services being provided by the third party service providers, including the matters related to delays in refunds or no refunds, of the fares and charges paid to third party service providers.
Please note convenience fee charged at the time of booking will not be refundable.
The above mentioned cancellation process and refund processing time may vary. In case of lost or damaged tickets, the refund process cannot be initiated with the airline. Refund would be through cheques or demand draft.
In case you avail the website's hotel reservation service and are, thereafter, not contactable on the contact details provided in this regard, then the hotel reservation selected by you will stand cancelled and Ctntonline.com would not be liable for any charges/expenses incurred by you, either directly or indirectly in this regard.
6.Promotion Codes
Ctntonline.com generates promotion codes from time to time which may be availed on the site as a discount coupon. Ctntonline.com reserves the right to add, alter, modify, withdraw all or any of the Terms and Conditions or replace, wholly or in part, the program by any other program, whether similar to this program or not or withdraw it altogether without any prior notice.
In case of dispute with any party, Ctntonline.com management decision will be binding and final.
When you register with Ctntonline.com, we or any of our partners/affiliate/group companies may contact you from time to time to provide the offers/information of such products/services that we believe may benefit you.
7.Passport information:
Passport details are mandatory for all international flights booking, it is users responsibility to provide valid passport information at the website.
8.Visa guidelines:
Please carry a valid visa for the country you will be visiting or transiting through.
Please check with the concerned airline or embassy for all visa requirements.
9. LIMITATION of Liability.
EXCEPT FOR THE OBLIGATIONS SET FORTH AND CLAIMS ARISING, NEITHER PARTY WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SUCH DAMAGES ARISING FROM BREACH OF CONTRACT OR WARRANTY OR FROM NEGLIGENCE OR STRICT LIABILITY), OR FOR INTERRUPTED COMMUNICATIONS, LOST BUSINESS, LOST DATA OR LOST PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF SUCH PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF (OR KNOWS OR SHOULD KNOW OF) THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL EITHER PARTY, ITS AFFILIATES, OR RELATED COMPANIES BE LIABLE TO THE OTHER PARTY OR ANY THIRD PARTY.
10. General
Jurisdiction Any dispute or disagreement shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by both the parties. If the dispute is not resolved amicably, then it shall be referred to and resolved by arbitration. Arbitration for resolutions of such disputes shall be in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended from time to time. The venue of such arbitration shall be at Mumbai.
Force Majeure Neither party shall be responsible for any failure to fulfill its obligations hereunder due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation acts or omissions of government or military authority, acts of God, fires, floods, labor disturbances, riots, or wars
